Blue Sky Partners Welcomes Shayna Dunitz
Blue Sky Partners, a national consulting firm based in Austin, welcomes local startup and business leader, Shayna Dunitz, to team

August 27, 2021. Blue Sky Partners, a national consulting firm based in Austin, Texas, welcomes local startup and business leader, Shayna Dunitz as their first full-time consultant. Shayna was the previous Chief Operating Officer at local Austin-based gym, Central Athlete, and Director of Operations at international startup accelerator, 3 Day Startup, and brings years of experience to Blue Sky Partners. 

“Over the last 18 months, Blue Sky Partners has seen incredible growth, having helped more than 40 organizations launch more than 80 departments, initiatives, projects, and products in just the last few years,” said Blue Sky Partners’ CEO, Nathan Ryan. “Bringing Shayna on to the team is going to supercharge our ability to build systems that help our clients do great work for a long time.”

Blue Sky Partners has grown 58% year-over-year with clients in six states. This hire represents the beginning of a growth plan to maintain the highest possible quality of work for clients while also keeping the company on its current rapid growth trajectory.

Shayna received a bachelors in communications management and design from Ithaca College in 2013. She continues to serve on the board of directors for 3 Day Startup, as well as the steering committee for Annie’s List, focused on helping elect more women to office in Texas. She is also deeply involved in the athletic community here in Austin, facilitating local running groups and coaching.

“My background has been focused on optimizing operations to help the companies I’ve worked with optimize their impact,” said Shayna Dunitz. “I couldn’t be more excited to bring my experience and my knowledge to Blue Sky Partners to help companies scale up.”

Shayna will be responsible for managing client projects as we build out new business models, operations and communications systems to help them grow their own businesses.
