Boutique operations consulting firm, Blue Sky Partners, launches lecture series, ScaleUp, with  Austin-based trainer and facilitator, Julie Smith

Austin, TX: Blue Sky Partners, a boutique operations consulting firm based in Austin, Texas, is launching the ScaleUp Lecture Series to facilitate conversations about sustainable leadership and business practices.

“Blue Sky Partners has an incredible network of subject matter experts and facilitators that we bring in to work with our clients from time to time,” said Blue Sky Partners’ co-founder and COO, Timothy Seaton. “For the last year we’ve been working with these partners to build out a lecture series with the goal of helping companies of all sizes navigate everything from mission, vision and values, to finance, fundraising, regulatory compliance, lobbying, advocacy, company culture, and leadership.”

ScaleUp’s first digital lecture will be on Thursday, May 28th at 1:30pm CST with Austin-based trainer and facilitator, Julie Smith. Julie’s previous work with Leadership Austin and Austin Habitat for Humanity has led to her expertise in training community leaders.

“As things continue to be uncertain, now, more than ever, we need to rely on our values—our foundational drivers—to both ground us and lift us up,” said Julie Smith. “I’m excited to help Blue Sky Partners kick off the ScaleUp Lecture Series with this interactive session focused on what your values can do for you and those around you through times of uncertainty.”

Tickets for the digital lecture series will be available for $25, with 10% of all proceeds benefiting Austin Community Foundation and United Way for Greater Austin’s COVID-19 relief fund, All Together ATX.

“We’ve had this lecture series in the works for a long time,” said Blue Sky Partners’ managing director, Matthew Glazer, “and as we continued to develop it, we realized there was an opportunity to support our community in multiple ways. Our goal is to create an  opportunity for everyone to pursue their professional development, fund the facilitators, and donate to The All Together ATX fund.”
