Over the past 15 years Audrey has led groups of cross-functional stakeholders by facilitating and bridging large gaps in diverse nonprofits. As a project manager, consultant, and coach Audrey works closely with team members to create change across complex systems. Through her strategic and creative thinking, structure, and organization skills, she brings programs and people together to solve some of their toughest problems. She has collaborated with an array of nonprofits and government agencies, with extensive experience in the child welfare environment in Texas. She is bilingual in English-Spanish and lived and worked in Peru for a nonprofit in the Sacred Valley. She has a BA in Spanish and Sociology, as well as a Master of Science in Social Work from UT Austin.

Matt has built a diverse career focused on launching new ventures, executive management, and change management; he has led strategic planning for over 50 organizations. He held the role of Community Director at WeWork in Central Texas, overseeing 11 buildings, two retail storefronts, and the go-to-market strategy for San Antonio. As a two-time Executive Director at nonprofits, including the Austin Young Chamber of Commerce and Progress Texas, he successfully transformed these organizations into significant forces in their respective fields. At Blue Sky Partners, Matt leads social impact, sales and development, and strategic programming, working with clients like the Aspen Institute and City of Austin. He also serves as the Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Trinity University, teaching human-centered design and entrepreneurship. Committed to giving back, Matt volunteers for various nonprofits and chairs the Governance Committee for The Other Ones Foundation, providing aid and work opportunities for people experiencing homelessness in Central Texas.
